The Beaver Land & Irrigation Company, Colorado 1908

Very rare Colorado stock certificate issued in 1908. The Beaver Land and Irrigation Company was founded by Spencer Penrose. Issued at Colorado Springs. Condition is excellent with a tiny tick missing at bottom right corner and small hole punched in top left border (looks like a spindle hole).
